The circadian rhythm is
based on the sleep schedule. The body takes note of the approximate time of a person's bedtime and alerts them with drowsiness.
A similsr thing happens in the morning as the person wakes up with an urge on the body to wake up. Melatonin accounts for
the sleepiness while cortisol is responsible for the renewed energy in the morning.

It is ,on average, between 8 to 10 hours per night.
Sleep Debt is the amount of sleep a peron lacks
and "owes" to his/her body.
